Delivery

Cane Furniture Studio offers a stress-free delivery service. Our experienced staff will bring your goods into your home or chosen address using our own vehicles. We deliver within a 50-mile radius of our studio. If you’re further afield, we can usually still help for a small additional charge, so please get in touch with our Kingswinford office to arrange this.

Delivery Access

To help your delivery go smoothly, we ask that you provide adequate access to your property and clear the area where your furniture will be placed, so our staff can work safely.

Please also check that your furniture will fit through entrances, hallways, corridors and any other access points before it arrives. We’re not able to accept liability for damage to your property caused by inadequate or difficult access, for other damage to the property during delivery, or where furniture turns out not to suit your access restrictions. A quick measure beforehand saves a lot of disappointment.

Once your furniture is with you, our staff will unpack and assemble it. Please check the condition of everything before you sign the delivery note. If you spot any issues, let us know straight away so we can put things right.
